PCDC Provides Community Engagement Grants for Park Upgrades

 Our team at PCDC understands the deep connection between a community’s economic development and overall health and well-being. That’s why we subsidize the city’s park system by providing Community Engagement Grants for upgrades.

Pflugerville Community Development Corporation Subsidizes in Park Upgrades through Community Engagement Grants 

Pflugerville residents enjoy a vibrant environment, including an extensive park system with over 40 miles of hike and bike trails and over 1400 acres of parks, open space, and greenbelts. These public parks offer a range of amenities, including pavilions, gazebos, playgrounds, pools, and picnic areas. As part of our ongoing commitment to the community’s health and well-being Our PCDC team collaborates with the Pflugerville Parks and Recreation Department by bringing money to the table. Our most recent investments focused on Royale Pointe Park, Black Locust Park, and Pflugerville Heights Park. In addition to making significant playground upgrades, we subsidized the National Fitness Court, a state-of-the-art outdoor gym designed to provide a full-body workout.
