Terri Toledo

Terri Toledo is Director of Management Services at the City of Pflugerville and oversees Communications, Pflugerville Animal Welfare Services, and Municipal Court. She has worked for the City of Pflugerville for more than 14 years serving previously as Communications Director and Public Information Officer. In those roles, she worked on Pflugerville’s communications messages, strategy, and outreach. Prior to the City of Pflugerville, Toledo worked for the City of Round Rock.

Toledo obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communications specializing in Public Relations from Texas State University in San Marcos, her Certified Public Communicator from Texas Christian University, and has a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington.
